SeAH Steel Co., Ltd donates scholarships to LHU students

In the morning of December 9, General Manager of SeAH Steel Co., Ltd Hyung Kun Nam came to Lac Hong University to award 13 scholarships worth VND 110,500,000 to poor studious students.

This is the third time the General Manger of SeAH Steel Co., Ltd. has visited and offered scholarships to students.

The scholarship awarding ceremony was also attended by Mr. Vo Ngoc Thach - Deputy Director of Dong Nai province's Department of Education and Training; SeAH company including Mr. Ryu Chung - Vice General Manager, Mr. Tran Tan Phat - Director of Human Resources and Mr. Vo Van Thanh - Chairman of Trade Union and Rector of Lac Hong University Do Huu Tai.

General Manager Hyung Kun Nam presented a symbolic cheque worth VND 110, 500 million to Rector Do Huu Tai (white shirt).

Earlier, SeAH Steel Co., Ltd donated scholarships worth $ 5 500 USD on January and VND 130 million on December, 2013 to poor studious students of LHU.

The Company Management Board expected that students would be new factors in future human resources of SeAH Steel Co., Ltd.

With the aim of presenting scholarships to studious students, the awarding ceremony of SeAH Steel Co., Ltd also helped them to learn about its scholarship program to take more study efforts next academic years. The ceremony was also a good occasion for students to learn about the company as well as job opportunities. In addition, the event marked strong cooperation between LHU and SeAH Steel Co., Ltd.

"We're really grateful and highly appreciate your attention to our students, Dong Nai students in general and Lac Hong University students in particular" expressed Rector Do Huu Tai at the ceremony.
