LHU Laborer Conference - Unity and Success

In the morning of December 31, 148 delegates representing more than 500 faculty members and staff of LHU witnessed the signature of Collective Agreement and Emulation Agreement 2014-2015 at LHU Laborer Conference 2014. The conference saw the presence of Mr. Nguyen Trung Phuong - Secretary of Party Committee, Mr. Do Huu Tai - Chairman of the Board of Trustees - Rector, Mr. Diep Cam Thu - Chairman of Trade Union and Mr. Le Son Quang - Secretary of Youth Union.

The birth of Collective Agreement signed between the Rector and the Executive Board of Trade Union is the proof of protecting the legal and legitimate rights of laborers in the University. After a half of a month of colleting laborers' opinions, at the conference, Mr. Do Huu Tai - Chairman of the Board of Trustees - Rector and Mr. Diep Cam Thu - Chairman of Trade Union signed the Collective Agreement of the academic year 2014 - 2015. In addition, representatives of 27 units of the University signed the Emulation Agreement of 2014 -2015 school year.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong - Member of the Trustees Board awarded certificates of merit to excellent winners at the 4th Teachers' Singing Contest.

LHU collective shook hands to show their committement and determination of "a big family".

On the occasion of the conference, through the closing report of the academic year 2013 - 2014, stressing on operation orientations of 2014 - 2015 year, the Organizing Board awarded certificates of merit to the two Union groups and three excellent union members. This was the opportunity the Executive Board of Trade Union acknowledged achievements made by union members in recreational activities. Typically, they have won many valuable awards such as First prize at 17 emulation cluster Sports Festival, First prize at Open Dong Nai University Football Cup and First prize at 2014 Education - Newspaper Football Cup. Also, 20 excellent items at the 4th Teachers' Singing Contest were awarded certificates of merit at the event. The Laborer Conference was organized successfully before unity spirit, determination and willingness for LHU's and Trade Union's activities in the new stage.
