LHU to win most prizes at Dong Nai Technical Invention Contest

Twenty author groups of Lac Hong University were honored to be present at the awarding ceremony of Technical Invention prizes held by Dong Nai provincial Department of Science and Technology. The program took place on March 24 at Golden Palace Convention Center. Director of National Office in Southern Region Vu Van Khiem; Head of the Propaganda Department of Provincial Party Committee Huynh Van Toi; Chairman of Dong Nai Trade Union Confederation Huynh Tan Kiet; and representatives of local department and agencies attend the ceremony.

Lac Hong University was awarded First Prize at "Dong Nai Provincial Technical Invention Contest".

Technical Invention Contest is annually held with the aim of encouraging and upholding invention and research activities in order to apply into practice. 2014 Dong Nai Provincial Technical Invention Contest attracted 60 technical solutions. As a result, 47 of them won prizes including two First, five Second, eleven Third and 29 Consolation. Participating the Technical Invention Contest 2014, Lac Hong University had won two First, three Second, six Third and nine Consolation, occupying two thirds total of prizes. 

Author Le Phuong Long received "Creative Labor Certificate" at the ceremony.

Also at the event, the Organizing Board proposed Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to award " Creative Labor Certificate" to three authors as lecturers of LHU Faculty of Faculty of Mechatronics - Electronics including Le Phuong Long, Huynh Duc Chan and Le Phuong Truong. They are excellent authors who have greatly contributed to scientific and technical creation activities at their unit and locality. Their research products are also applied to serve life developing needs.

In addition, Lac Hong University was awarded two Second in prize categories "Excellent IT applying Youth Union staff" and "Finding out historical and cultural values".
