Cooperation signing ceremony between LHU and VACPA – ACCA

Towards activities to celebrate the 25th founding anniversary of Lac Hong University.

It aims to improve the professional qualifications of the lecturers of the Faculty of Finance - Accounting. To help students have the fastest access to International Financial Reporting in Vietnam and create job opportunities for students when possessing a CertIFR certificate. At 3 pm, on March 17, 2022, an online ceremony was held to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between Lac Hong University, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA).

The signing ceremony towards Lac Hong University has the present of:

1. Dr. Lam Thanh Hien, Principal of the school.
2. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Vice-Principal of the school.
3. Dr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, Dean of Finance - Accounting  Faculty.
4. Dr. Nguyen Van Hai, Associate Dean of Finance - Accounting Faculty.

On the side of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), there was the presence of:

1. Ms. Nguyen Thuy Minh Chau, Representative of ACCA in Vietnam.
2. Ms. Khuat Thi Lien Huong, Head of Education, ACCA in Mainland Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand).
3. Ms. Pham Nguyen Thi Ngoc Chau, Senior Head of External Relations - Education and Training Division, ACCA in Vietnam.

On the side of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA), there was the presence of:

1. Dr. Tran Khanh Lam – Vice President and Secretary-General.
2. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Sang - Chief Executive of Vietvalues audit and consulting Co. Ltd, member of Executive Committee of VACPA.
