Class 25LG112 Students Gain Practical Experience at FM Logistic

Studying Logistics and Supply Chain Management extends beyond acquiring knowledge in the classroom. Direct exposure to a corporate environment enables students to observe real-world operations, connect academic knowledge with professional practice, and progressively develop a clearer understanding of their future careers.

On the morning of September 26, 2026, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at Lac Hong University organized a field visit and practical learning program at FM Logistic for 41 students of Class 25LG112 in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program. Held at the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park in Vinh Tan, Ho Chi Minh City, the program continued the Faculty’s series of activities designed to bring students closer to professional working environments during their studies.

At FM Logistic, students had the opportunity to experience the operational environment of a logistics company firsthand, allowing them to connect knowledge acquired in the classroom with specific professional contexts. Direct observation made specialized concepts more tangible and encouraged students to actively explore how academic knowledge is applied in actual business operations.

Beyond enhancing practical knowledge, the visit provided Class 25LG112 students with an opportunity to broaden their understanding of the profession and identify the competencies required for their future careers. In addition to a solid foundation of professional knowledge, effective communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills, initiative, and adaptability to the workplace are essential competencies that students should develop throughout their university education.
