LHU Faculty of IT Makes an Impression with Multiple Achievements at Lac Hong Student Pageant 2026

Dao Quoc Phap, Pham Mai Bao Tram, and Bui Ngoc Kim Ngan Deliver Impressive Performances at the Competition

The Lac Hong Student Pageant 2026 (Nét Đẹp Sinh Viên Lạc Hồng 2026) is not only a platform honoring the beauty, talent, and confidence of students, but also a journey that helps young people grow, build self-assurance, and discover new personal capabilities.

At this year's competition, students from the Faculty of Information Technology at Lac Hong University left a remarkable impression, surpassing hundreds of contestants to stand out and shine in the grand finale. Among them, Dao Quoc Phap, a first-year E-commerce student, excellently secured the 1st Runner-Up title. Additionally, Pham Mai Bao Tram, a second-year Multimedia Communications student, won the award for "Best Ao Dai Performance," while Bui Ngoc Kim Ngan, a first-year Multimedia Communications student, received the title for "Most Impressive Face."

The Journey from Preliminary Rounds to the Final Stage

Few realize that behind the shining moments on stage lies a continuous journey of effort, practice, and pushing past personal boundaries. During the initial preliminary rounds, many contestants were quite shy, nervous, and lacked confidence when facing crowds or large stages. However, through the training sessions and mentorship provided throughout the competition, the students progressively matured day by day.

Under the guidance and support of Ms. Ngan Nguyen, Mr. Pham Trung, Ms. Ngoc, Ms. Y Nhi, Ms. Thi, and the organizing committee, the contestants received comprehensive training in performance skills, catwalk presentation, stage presence, communication, and personal branding.

Moving beyond mere preparation for a pageant, this process served as a valuable opportunity for students to cultivate self-confidence, teamwork capabilities, stage presence, and a mindset ready to embrace new challenges. From their initial hesitation in the early rounds, the contestants steadily gained confidence, which was clearly reflected in every catwalk step, expression, poise, and distinct personality showcased on the finale stage.

During the Ao Dai segment, Pham Mai Bao Tram, a second-year Multimedia Communications student, made a lasting impression with her graceful catwalk steps, captivating expressions, and elegant, gentle beauty.

Bao Tram’s performance delivered exceptional grace while highlighting the traditional beauty of the Vietnamese Ao Dai. The "Best Ao Dai Performance" title is a testament to the confidence, poise, and rigorous practice demonstrated by the IT Faculty student.

Bui Ngoc Kim Ngan Impresses with Confident Stage Presence

As a first-year Multimedia Communications student, Bui Ngoc Kim Ngan successfully won the "Most Impressive Face" award thanks to her radiant smile, outstanding presence, and natural performance style.

Despite this being her first time participating in a large-scale arena, Kim Ngan demonstrated remarkable self-assurance and an ability to shine on the grand finale stage. This achievement marks a memorable milestone in the first-year student's university journey at Lac Hong University.
