LHU to promote cooperation ties with European universities at ICFE 2014

Recently, Lac Hong University's delegation led by Dr. Nguyen Huynh Bach Son Long attended the International Conference on Finance and Economics 2014” (ICFE - 2014) held by Ton Duc Thang University in association with Tomas Bata University (Czech) and Corvinus University (Hungary) chaired by Prof. Dr. Ing. Drahomíra Pavelková. The conference organized from June 2 to 4 attracted the great participation of leading and experienced scientists, domestic and foreign enterprises.

At the conference, delegates had chances to meet, exchange and share experience in finance and economic fields as well as plans and policies for the economic development and cooperation opportunities between Vietnam - Czech.

The conference was a precious occasion for European universities to establish cooperation ties with domestic universities, help to speed up educational cooperation, technology transfer and scientific research. On the occasion, Dr. Huynh Bach Son Long who used to study and research at Tomas Bata University met Vice Rector Doc.  PhDr.  Ing.  Aleš Gregar, CSc. and other invited guests from Europe. He also sent his University Management Board's invitation to the delegation, implying the establishment of good relation in order to promote education and research work of Lac Hong University in general and Faculty of Chemical and Food Engineering in particular. He expressed his wish to step up international cooperation for the growth of the University in the future as well.
