Meeting to celebrate the Year of the Dragon 2024

After days of happy family reunions, on February 19 morning (the 10th day of the first lunar month, Giap Thin), members of the University Council, Rectorate Board, leaders of affiliated units and nearly 500 lecturers and staff of LHU attended the New Year's meeting at Hall A301, Campus 1.

In the joyful atmosphere of the new spring, everyone exchanged their wishes of new year with a lot of health, happiness and success.

Speaking at the New Year's meeting, Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector shared the University's development goals and aspirations in 2024. He also expressed his wish that all members of LHU would continue to make every effort for the further development of the University; at the same time sent his greetings and wishes of health, happiness and prosperity to all lecturers, staff, employees and their families.

Also in the celebration, the University's leaders toasted wine and gave lucky money to all lecturers and staff, promising a new year with good luck.

Especially with the lucky draw organized by the University’s Trade Union, lucky winners brought home valuable gifts such as a mace of SJC gold, a LG refrigerator, a Xiaomi air purifier, oil-free fryers, ...
