LHU received First Class Emulation Flag for 2014 patriotic emulation movements

In the morning of April 10, Dong Nai provincial People's Committee organized a closing ceremony to review patriotic emulation movements 2014 and to sign mutual emulation agreements 2015 at Dong Nai Radio and Television and Station. Lac Hong University delegation led by Vice Rector Diep Cam Thu was honored to receive Fisrt Class Emulation Flag at the ceremony.

LHU delegation received First Class Excellent Emulation Flag at the event.

The closing ceremony was attended by Chairman of Provincial People’s Council Tran Van Tu, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Minh Phuc, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Vy Van Vu and representatives from clusters and emulation groups.

23 collectives were awarded Fist Class Emulation Flags.

Lac Hong University was one among 25 units to receive Fist Class Emulation Flag. In addition, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Second and Third Class Emulation Flags to 14 units and 8 units, respectively. On the occasion, the Committee presented 65 certificates of merit to units belonging to 18 clusters for their excellent achievements in patriotic emulation movement 2014. Lac Hong University was honored to be called name for outstanding achievements in teaching, learning and scientific research, especially championship titles at Robocon Vietnam for five consecutive years (from 2010 - 2014) and the champion at 2014 Asia - Pacific Robot Contest held in India.

Two emulation clusters and 16 groups implemented the signature of emulation agreements 2015.

In his speech at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Minh Phuc praised the achievements emulation clusters have made in 2014 emulation movements. He also stressed that "Emulation movements have to follow close units' duties and province's general ones, especially pay attention to multiplying typical individuals in offices, units and residential areas,... Therefore, we need to constantly launch many patriotic emulation movements practically and effectively".

Answering a reporter of Dong Nai Radio and Television Station, Dr. Diep Cam Thu said "2014 is a deeply impressive year in our University's teaching, learning and scientific research. Besides outstanding achievements - the championship titles at the 2014 National Robocon and Asia Pacific Robot Contest,  our University has actively joined in many emulation movements of Education branch. Lately, our University has won honorable prizes at 2014 Vietnam Young Science Talent Award, Dong Nai Technical Innovation Contest, First prize at Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2015 held in Manila, the Philippines... ". Commendation from the Provincial People's Committee is a big  motivation for our collective to dertermine more, together with emulation clusters and groups, to uphold the strengths and roles in patriotic emulation movements of Dong Nai province in particular and the country in general.
