Lac Hong University wins competition for elegant students

Nguyen Trung Hau and Hoang Anh Thu from Lac Hong University have become the best couple who won the competition for 2015 elegant students.

After nearly one month, the final round of “the 5th Dong Nai provincial Elegant Student” contest held by Dong Nai province’s Student Association took place at Golden Palace Wedding and Convention Center (located at No 4 Nguyen Ai Quoc street, Tan Tien ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province) on May 23 with the participation of 30 contestants from universities and colleges across the province (selected from the preliminary and qualifying rounds).

At the final night, 30 contestants competed in two categories – traditional costume and evening gown. After the two parts, the Organizing Board selected the best ten contestants for the question and answer contest.

Nguyen Trung Hau (yellow ao dai) and Hoang Anh Thu (black and red ao dai) triumphed over eight others in the question and answer contest.

As a result, two students of Lac Hong University have become the best elegant students. The Organizing Board also presented third, consolidation prizes and many other prizes to students of Lac Hong University as follow.

- Nguyen Ngoc Thuy Trang - Class 14AV112 won Third prize and prize for the best evening gown costume

- Nguyen Thanh Tam - Class 13TC111 took Consolation prize

- Hoang Anh Thu - Class 14LU111 won Talent prize and prize for the best traditional costume

- Nguyen Trung Hau - Class 13TC111 won prize for the best Youth Union costume, prize for the best evening gown costume and prize for the best traditional costume
