6th Annual Experience Initiative Conference to be held

Recently, the 6th Annual Experience Initiative Conference was held at room B 203, campus 1 - LHU to find out highly applicable initiatives and solutions in order to enhance work effectiveness as well as save expenses in managing and training. Finally, the author group including Luong Quoc Son and Pham Hong Thai from Information and Resources Center won first prize at the conference with the solution "LHU's ME page information system".

The conference saw the presence of People's Teacher Dr. Do Huu Tai - Chairman of the Trustees Board - Rector; the Board of Jury including Vice Rector Lam Thanh Hien; Vice Chairman of Trade Union Nguyen Van Nam and Head of  Scientific Research Department Nguyen Vu Quynh.

The conference this year attracted the participation of 17 experience initiatives of all units. After assessment process, seven typical initiatives were selected to be reported at the conference by the Organizing Board.

As a result, the Information and Resources Center took first place with 96.3 marks. Winning the same second prize, the two solutions marked 92 was "Deploying online enrollment registration" by Doan Thi Ha and Nguyen Van Trung from Department of Academic Affairs and "Designing and making electrical equipment practice model in industry" by Ngo Van Binh from Faculty of  Mechatronics - Electronics.

Speaking at the conference, Rector Do Huu Tai highly appreciated efforts and initiatives made by lecturers and staff. He also stressed "devotion and enthusiasm" showed by authors.

Since 2009, the Annual Experience Initiative Conferences have been successfully held with many initiatives applied in managing, teaching and training. The conference is a good opportunity for all teachers and staff to uphold their creation and innovation in working.  It also offers all staff chances to share their valuable experience drawn from work in order to increase efficiency and quality in education and training.
