More prizes offered to LH-Gold Energy team

In addition to the championship title won at 2015 Shell Eco Marathon Asia held in March at Urban concept vehicle category, LHU's LH-Gold Energy is the first team of Vietnam to triumph at this energy-efficiency vehicle competition after five years of participating from 2010 to 2015. This title has also contributed in honor of Vietnam in general and Lac Hong University in particular.

LH-Gold Energy team got First Prize at 2015 Shell Eco Marathon Asia held in Manila, the Philippines.

Besides the championship title, LH-Gold Energy team won “Best video clip award” for its excellent video showing research process and testing.

LH-Gold Energy team bestowed merit "Creative Youth"

Furthermore, LH-Gold Energy team was honored to receive three prizes for youth given by the province and the central government.

• Receiving certificate of merit "2015 Creative Youth" awarded by Dong Nai provincial Youth Union held at Tran Bien Temple of Literature on December 16.
• Wining Second Prize at the competition "Suggestions and solution for energy saving" for teenagers held by the Central Committee of Executive. The awarding ceremony took place on December 20 in Ha Noi.
• Receiving certificate of merit awarded by Dong Nai provincial Department of Science and Technology.

With the aspiration to surpass the record running 164.4 kilometers per liter of ethanol E100 itself at 2015 Shell Eco Marathon, LH-Gold Energy team continues to innovate a new product "fuel saving vehicle" at Urban concept category. The team is entering the final stage of finishing the product, in accordance with progress and ready for the 2016 Shell Eco Marathon race. It can be said that the achievements gained by LH-Gold Energy team have contributed to marking LHU strengths in training and technical creation.

LHU Rector Do Huu Tai made encouragement and recommendations to the team before the new season.

The 2016 Shell Eco Marathon Asia is expected to be held from March 3 to 7 at Manila, Philippines.
