279 units of bloods collected at the 39th blood donation program

In the morning of October 4, LHU Youth Union - Student Association in cooperation with Dong Nai province’s Red Cross Association and Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Center held the 39th humanitarian blood donation program at the campus 3. The blood donation program lies in a series of activities in order to celebrate the 20th anniversary of LHU establishment (1997 – 2017).

This program is one of the annual activities of LHU Youth Union - Student Association. It is also a meaningful occasion for the University's teachers, staff and students to show their good deed for the community, contributing to providing blood sources to save people's lives.

Earlier in early 2017, 213 units of blood were collected and provided to hospitals.

Responding enthusiastically, more than 300 volunteers have signed up for this program. As a result, 279 units of blood were collected at the event.
