LHU held Laborer Conference 2018-2019

LHU Laborer Conference 2018 - 2019 was successfully held on November 19 with the participation of 135 delegates representing more than 505 officials, teachers and workers. The conference saw the presence of Ms. Le Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Executive Committee of the National Education Union of Viet Nam, Mr. Nguyen Trung Phuong - Secretary of Party Committee, Mr. Lam Thanh Hien - Permanent Vice Rector, Mr. Diem Cam Thu - Chairman of Trade Union, Mr. Nguyen Van Nam and Mr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rectors  and Mr. Le Son Quang - Secretary of Youth Union.

On the occasion, the Organization Board awarded certificates of merit of Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee, the National Education Union of Viet Nam, the University and the Trade Union to collective and individuals for their outstanding achievements in 2017-2018 academic year. In addition, the Conference set out directions for 2018-2019 school year.

At the Conference, before the witness of all participants, Mr. Lam Thanh Hien - Permanent Vice Rector (representing the employer) and Mr. Diem Cam Thu - Chairman of Trade Union (representing employees) signed the Collective Labor Agreement and the 2018-2019 Emulation Covenant.

The Conference ended successfully in the spirit of unity, determination ready for all activities of LHU and Trade Union, promising a new successful school year.
