The first two Associate Professors appointed

In the recognition of Professor and Associate Professor titles in 2020, according to the Decision No. 66 / QD-HDGSNN dated December 23, 2020 of the State Council of Professors, LHU held a respectful ceremony on March 5 to announce and award the Decision to appoint Associate Professor title to PhD. Nguyen Vu Quynh and PhD. Nguyen Thanh Lam.

The ceremony was attended by Ms. Do Thi Lan Dai, PhD - Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Lam Thanh Hien - Acting Rector, The University Management Board and leaders of units.

Reportedly, the State Council of Professors 2020 signed Decisions to recognize 39 Professors and 300 Associate Professors. LHU proudly has two teachers as Associate Professors.

Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Vu Quynh made a speech after being appointed Associate Professor position

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc.Prof. PhD. Nguyen Vu Quynh expressed his sincere thanks to the University Management Board, leaders, officials, staff and colleagues for their support and encouragement. He also affirmed that Associate Professor title was a great honor, therefore,  recognized individuals were always conscious of constantly studying, making more efforts and contributions in scientific research and training, continuing to mentor and support colleagues, young generations, especially contributing to the training of qualified students for a comprehensive development of the country's science.
