LHU named top 50 universities towards Ethical Values in the WURI Ranking

The Hanseatic League of Universities (HLU) on June 9 held a virtual conference to select universities for the World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI) rankings for 2022. Accordingly, LHU is the only university in Vietnam named among the top 50 universities supporting Ethical Values. This is the third time in a row, LHU has been listed in this area (up 3 places compared to 2021), currently ranks 24th.

Also at the online conference, LHU ranks 85th in the WURI ranking for 2022 (up 8 places compared to the previous year), 43rd among the 50 best universities in startup and innovative values, 46th in the Top 50 towards Industrial Application and 3rd in the Top 50 supporting Fourth Industrial Revolution.

WURI, the first global innovative university ranking, is based on many criteria and rounds of evaluation by experts and leaders of universities around the world. WURI emphasizes creative and innovative research and training, practical contributions and influence of innovativeness. The WURI ranking is composed of the global top 100 and top 50 in each of these four areas: Ethical Value, Industrial Application, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Student Mobility and Openness.

​Previously, LHU was recognised with AUN-QA standards for six training programs including Information Engineering Technology, Electrical - Electronics Engineering Technology, Business Management, Pharmacy, Accounting and English Language. It is expected to meet ABET standards for the two programs: Information Engineering Technology,  Electrical - Electronics Engineering Technology by 2022.

LHU has been an official member of Hanseatic League of Universities (HLU) since 2019.
