LHU students join exchange workshop "Miss Friendship International 2025"

On September 6, students majoring in Japanese Studies of LHU participated in an exchange workshop within the framework of the Miss Friendship International 2025 Contest under the theme "Spreading culture - Connecting the world". The event held at HCM City University of Technology and Education attracted the participation of many students across universities and colleges and brought many interesting and useful experiences to all the participants.

During the workshop, the participants had the opportunity to interact and learn from leading cultural and beauty experts at home and abroad such as Miss Phuong Khanh (Miss Earth 2018), Runner-up Mai Ngo (4th Runner-up of Miss Peace Vietnam 2022), MC - singer Phan Anh, MC - Actor Tuan Tu, Makeup artist Nam Trung..., also listening to the beauty queens sharing their secrets to be confident and win beauty contests.

• Particularly, LHU students were excited to participate in a catwalk training session under the guidance of Miss Phuong Khanh and Runner-up Mai Ngo. They not only practiced their performance skills but also cultivated their confidence and boldness when expressing themselves in front of a crowd. This is a precious opportunity for Japanese Studies students to develop communication skills, show confidence and courage - important factors promoting cultural connections.
