LHU launches its 30th anniversary celebrations

On the evening of October 13, 2026, amid the lively atmosphere of LHU Music Festival 2026, LHU officially launched a series of events marking its 30th anniversary (1997–2027), under the theme “LHU 30 | Continuing Aspirations, Creating the Future”. The launch marked the beginning of the journey toward celebrating three decades of the University’s establishment and development, recognizing the achievements, values, and contributions of generations who have helped build the University.

The launch took place as part of an emotional musical experience that brought together LHU students, alumni, and lecturers from different generations. Their presence alongside the newest students, the Class of 2026, created a connection between the past, present, and future, reflecting a shared commitment to carrying forward the values built over nearly three decades.

From technological innovation to the energy of LHU youth

A special highlight of the program was the performance by ROBOX – Unitree G1 humanoid robot, bringing technology and live entertainment together on stage. Its movements offered the audience a fresh experience while conveying a message of innovation, technological mastery, and ambition in the digital age. The performance also reflected LHU's commitment to connecting education with science, technology, and emerging trends.

Following the technology performance, the LHU 30th Anniversary Media Ambassadors and contestants from the 2026 LHU Student Beauty Contest took the stage. Representing a young, dynamic, confident, and creative generation of students, they brought fresh energy to the anniversary journey. The combination of modern technology and youthful spirit conveyed the image of an LHU that continues to innovate, where each generation builds on traditional values while actively shaping the future.
