A highlight of the event was the launch of DNAI jointly developed by the Department of Science and Technology, the Dong Nai Informatics Association, and LHU. DNAI is expected to enhance the efficiency of management activities and improve the connectivity of science and technology information in the digital era. It is designed to support citizens and businesses by enabling quicker, easier, and more accessible searches for administrative procedures, no need for in-person visits. This AI assistant leverages advanced technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and big data analytics, enabling the Department of Science and Technology to optimize cross-sector coordination and assist its affiliated units in implementing socio-economic development programs and the province’s science and technology objectives. It also creates opportunities for students and universities to participate in real-world projects, applying AI to solve practical problems - bridging knowledge, technology, and society. This is not merely a technology product, but a companion solution, bringing artificial intelligence to serve the community based on real-life needs.

Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector of LHU speaking at the event

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector of LHU, emphasized "In today’s landscape of widespread AI adoption across various sectors, the implementation of the AI Assistant for the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology marks a pioneering step -introducing a new approach to state management, and better serving citizens and businesses. This initiative concretizes the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthrough development in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, bringing science and technology closer to real-life application."
