LHU signs MoU with Korean Love Association

On August 16, 2025, LHU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Korean Love Association. The signing ceremony was also accompanied by a special lecture titled "Korea – Vietnam, A Bridge of Enduring Bonds", delivered by Mr. Park Chan Hwa, Secretary-General of the Korean Love Association.

Representing LHU at the event were Dr. Lam Thanh Hien – Rector; Dr. Nguyen Huu Nghi – Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies; along with faculty leaders. From the Korean Love Association, attendees included Mr. Choi Won Ho – Academic Director; Mr. Lee Jae Young – Branch Director in Vietnam; Mr. Ahn Ji Bok – Chairman of the Korean Cultural Association in Vietnam; Mr. Park Chan Hwa – Secretary-General.

For Korean Studies students, this MoU opens promising prospects such as student exchange programs, short-term and long-term scholarships, cultural exchange activities, and research collaboration. It allows students not only to study the language but also to directly experience Korean culture, lifestyle, and learning environment. Such experiences will serve as invaluable foundation for their future journeys.

At the same time, LHU is implementing attractive admission policies for students passionate about the Korean language and culture: guaranteed tuition stability throughout the course, merit-based scholarships, talent scholarships, study-abroad scholarships from Korean partners, as well as internship opportunities at Korea-invested enterprises in Vietnam.
