To ensure fair access to library resources and maintain the quality of the collection, all borrowers are expected to follow the Library's borrowing regulations:
Library card: Borrowers must present a valid student card when borrowing or renewing library materials.
Personal responsibility: Each borrower is responsible for all materials borrowed using their library account.
Borrowing limit: Each borrower may borrow up to 3 books at a time.
Loan period: The standard loan period for books is 7 days.
Renewal: Books may be renewed up to 2 times, provided they are not overdue and have not been requested by another borrower.
Returning materials: All borrowed materials must be returned by the due date and kept in good condition.
Overdue fines: A fine of VND 1,000 per item per day will be charged for overdue materials.
