Direct dialogue between leaders and students, Faculty of Information Technology

The direct dialogue between the Faculty of Information Technology leadership and students provides an opportunity for students to share their opinions, questions, and suggestions regarding their studies, student activities, and the learning environment at the Faculty. Through direct discussions, the program helps strengthen the connection between the Faculty leadership and students while gathering practical feedback to gradually improve the quality of education and student support.

When: Tuesday, September 29, 2026 - 01:30 p.m

Where: Room B203- Campus 1 - LHU

Attendees: 

- Faculty leaders 

- Department leaders;

- Academic staff and advisors;

- Interested lecturers;

- Class monitors;

- Class representatives.

Dialogue contents: Faculty leaders will address students’ comments, questions, and recommendations regarding matters related to academic and administrative activities at the University, including:

- Teaching and learning: curriculum content; academic plans; practical training and internships; teaching and learning methods; learning materials; academic advising; and the University’s rules, regulations, and policies applicable to students;

- Student support services: benefits and policies, scholarships, tuition fees, financial support for study-related expenses, health insurance, healthcare services, and other related matters;

- Academic environment and student life: student conduct and behavior, dormitory matters, activities organized by the Youth Union and Student Association, cultural and performing arts activities, sports, student psychological counseling, environmental sanitation, extracurricular activities, community service activities, and other related matters;

- Facilities and equipment for teaching and learning: library services, laboratories, classrooms, teaching and learning equipment, dormitory facilities, and other related matters;

- Other matters concerning students.
