    Impact elements of decision on using Mobile banking service of individual ACB Customers - Dong Nai Branch

    ABSTRACT:

    This research determines the factors affecting the decision of Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) - Dong Nai Province Branch’s individual customers to use the bank’s mobile banking services. This research uses the quantitative research method with the Binary logistic regression model to analyze data sets collected from 341 ACB - Dong Nai Province Branch’s individual customers who have used the bank’s mobile banking services. The research’s results show that the factors of Trust, Social impact, Transaction cost, Image, Brand, Expected effectiveness and Ease of use affect the ACB - Dong Nai Branch’s individual customers' decision to use the bank’s mobile banking services.
