LHU five excellent individuals received merit from the Prime Minister

Recently, a solemn ceremony was held at Dong Nai Radio and Television Station by Dong Nai provincial People's Committee to celebrate 67th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's appeal for patriotic emulation and give away noble rewards of the Party and the State, first stage 2015.

Five excellent individuals of LHU were honored to receive Certificates of merit from the Prime Minister for their outstanding contributions and achievements in teaching, research and developing the University brand name.

The ceremony was attended by Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Dinh Quoc Thai, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Council Ho Thanh Son, Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Vi Van Vu.

For the past years, contributions and achievements made by each individual in education and training have been playing an important role in making the brand name - LHU. This time, five excellent officials holding key positions of the University including Dr. Nguyen Van Nam - Vice Rector; Postgraduate Huynh Cao Tuan - Director of Information Resources Center; Dr. Nguyen Van Tan - Dean of International Business Administration Faculty; Nguyen Ho Xuan Huong, M.A - Head of Student Affairs Dept. and Nguyen Thuy Mai Tram, MSc - Head of Examination and Quality Assurance Dept. received noble awards of the Prime Minister. They all have contributed more than ten years of seniority for the development of the University. They are also Party members. They have successively gained outstanding achievements in specialized activities, scientific research and experience initiatives in order to increase work productivity. The award this time is not only a great encouragement but also a motivation for each individual to further continue their effort.

At the ceremony, provincial leaders awarded First Class Labor Medal to two units, Second Class Labor Medal to to one collective and two individuals,... In addition, two collectives and 12 individuals received Third Class Labor Medals. Four collectives received Emulation Flags from the Government. 21 collectives and 83 individuals were awarded certificates of merits from the Prime Minister.
