Gyeongnam Province Rep. Office continutes to connect LHU with Korea's Universities

In the morning of October 22, a delegation led by Mr. Yang Eun Ju - Head of Gyeongnam Province Representative Office, Mr. Kang Byeonggyu and Mr. Han Chongsok - Faculty of International Relations of Kyungnam Unvieristy had a working session with LHU. The delegation was also accompanied with Mr. Kim Hoedong - Gyeongsang University's Faculty of Foreign and International Relations and Mr. Jung Wonkyo - Vice Director of Uisan Unviersity's International Relations Department.

Earlier in August, Gyeongnam Province Representative Office had a working visit to LHU to discuss cooperation plan between Kyungnam University and LHU.

Gyeongnam Province Representative Office continued to become a bride connecting LHU with others.

Mr. Kang Byeonggyu (black suit) - Kyungnam University passed the MoU at the meeting.

At the working session, Kyungnam University directly sent signed and passed MoU to LHU Management Board. In the coming time, LHU will plan to open six month apprenticeship project in Korea offered to senior students. In addition, Korean Studies majored students with excellent academic results will be sent to Korea to get one year learning and then coming back to finish their graduation. The University will acknowledge their study results based on assessment results from Korea.

LHU introduced its training activities to the delegation.

On the occasion, Gyeongsang University and Uisan University shared their exchanges and contributions to training plan “2 + 2 project" (two years in Vietnam and two years in Korea). Students after graduation will receive degrees granted by the two Universities.

On behalf of LHU Management Board, Vice Rector Nguyen Thi Thu Lan received the MoU from Kyungnam University.

According to Ms. Linh Nguyen - Head of Foreign Cooperation Division - Gyeongnam Province Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City, "Through deep friendship between Gyeongnam and Dong Nai provinces, especially the enthusiastic support from the University and students majored in Korean Studies during Gyeongnam province's working visits, which made a strong impression on the two sides. To make this tie closer, Gyeongnam Province Representative Office continues to become a bridge connecting LHU with Korean Universities. Following the success of MoU between LHU and  Kyungnam University, more MoUs between LHU with Gyeongsang and Uisan Universities are expected to be established."
