More than 300 blood units donated

In the morning of March 23, LHU Youth Union - Student Association in cooperation with Dong Nai province’s Red Cross Association and Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Centre held the 36th humanitarian blood donation program at the campus 3. The blood donation program lies in a series of activities in order to welcome the 85th founding anniversary  of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - 2016).

The blood program is one of the annual activities of LHU Youth Union - Student Association. It is also a meaningful occasion for the University's teachers, staff and students to show their good deed for the community, contributing to providing blood sources to save people's lives.

This is the first turn in 2016 LHU Youth Union - Student Association organized the blood donation program. Earlier, 326 units of blood were collected and provided to hospitals.

Responding enthusiastically, more than 400 volunteers have signed up for this program. As a result, 330 units of blood were collected at the event.
