LHU to boost cooperation relation with Kwangju Women's University

Recently, a delegation from Kwangju Women's University led by Mr. Kim, Seong-Jin - Director of Industrial Research and Management Institute and Mr. Baek, Joo-Seok - Leader of International Education Center came back LHU to discuss cooperation contents between the two sides before signing the MoU. Earlier, the delegation worked with LHU to make a proposal of building the MoU in early 2016.

The working session aimed to add regulations in the MoU between Kwangju Women's University and LHU.

Welcoming the delegation were Head of International Relation Department Huynh Trung Tam, Vice Dean of Oriental Studies Faculty and relevant staff. This working session focused on the contents of the MoU. The two sides will have to cooperate together to boost activities in order to develop Korean Studies major at LHU.

According to Mr. Huynh Tam - Head of International Relation Department, Kwangju Women's University has satisfied LHU's expectation on supporting language exchange and training. Specifically, students of Korean Studies major will come to Korea to get a 15 week course equivalent to one semester as mentioned in the previous working session.

After this working session, the MoU will be adjusted and completed again. The signing ceremony will be held soon to be able to be applied in next semester, as expected.
