LHU honored for voluntary blood donation

Recently, at Dong Nai provincial Event and Convention Center, the provincial Mobilization Board for Voluntary Blood Donation held a ceremony to review 2015 voluntary blood donation campaign and honor blood donors.

At the ceremony, Dong Nai provincial Mobilization Board for Voluntary Blood Donation made a summary report on 2015 blood donation campaign and praised outstanding individuals and organizations for their performance in voluntary blood donation movement. On the occasion, the Red Cross Association of Vietnam awarded eight Bronze Plates and certificates of merit to 15 collectives and 23 individuals for their outstanding achievements in voluntary blood donation campaign. Also, Dong Nai provincial People's Committee presented certificates of merit to 42 families and 55 individuals for their great contributions to blood donation; certificates of merit to 20 collectives and 25 individuals for their excellent achievements in 2015 blood donation mobilization.

The National Steering Committee awarded Bronze Plate to People's Teacher Dr.  Do Huu Tai - Rector of LHU.

Lac Hong University continued to be one of the leading universities and colleges in blood donation movement at Dong Nai province locality with nearly 800 units of blood donated in 2015. At the event, People's Teacher Dr.  Do Huu Tai - Rector was awarded Bronze Plate by the the National Steering Committee. In addition, LHU Youth Union collective, comrade Huynh Thuc Hieu - Member of the Executive Board of Youth Union - Vice Chairman of Student Association were presented certificates of merit for their excellent achievements in 2015 blood donation mobilization by Dong Nai provincial People's Committee.
