Additional VND 50 million bonus awarded to winner of ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest

General Director of Vietnam Television (VTV) Tran Binh Minh on October 18 signed a decision to reward VND 50 million to LHU’s Niceshot robot team for their championship at the ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest held Tokyo, Japan in August 2017.

LH - NICESHOT team triumphed at the ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest 2017 held in Tokyo, Japan.

The robot team Niceshot was the only representative of Vietnam at the Asia-Pacific Robot Contest 2017 organized by ABU. Earlier on 14, the Dong Nai provincial People's Committee held a achievement reporting ceremony to honor the winner of ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest. At the event, the Niceshot team was awarded certificates of merit and VND 13 million.

The Decision of General Director of Vietnam Television to reward VND 50 million to LHU’s Niceshot robot team.

Besides the reward of the provincial People's Committee, Niceshot team was awarded VND 197 million from LHU Management Board. Representative Office of FPT Software Company in Tokyo, Japan also rewarded the team VND 20 million.

So far, LHU has won 7 championships at National Robot Contest, especially 2 championships, 3 second prizes and 2 third prizes at the ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest.

The 2018  ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest will be hosted by Vietnam Television and held in Ninh Ninh province.
