Graduation ceremony for more than 500 new bachelors, engineers and pharmacists

On November 11 morning, LHU held a graduation ceremony, the second time in 2023 for more than 500 new bachelors, engineers and pharmacists. The ceremony took place at the five-star Mira Central Park Hotel with a solemn and warm atmosphere, marking a significant milestone for the 18th and 19th batches of students from the four Faculties: Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of English Language, Faculty of Oriental Studies and Faculty of Pharmacy. 

The graduation ceremony is a very special event in the life of every student, marking the journey of the new graduates' efforts to study and strive tirelessly for today's success. It is also a place where the University, families and friends can congratulate and express pride to them.

Attending the graduation ceremony were DSc. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector of LHU; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam - Vice Rector, Deans and Vice Deans of the four Faculties; representatives of affiliated units; academic staff; lecturers; especially the presence of more than 500 new graduates with their families, relatives and friends.

In his speech, DSc. Lam Thanh Hien extended congratulations to the pedagogical team of the 4 Faculties, and expressed gratitude to enterprises and parents. He also sent a special message to all the graduates "Today, you are proud to wear your graduation gown, which recognizes your own achievement. This success is not only from yourself, but also from the contributions and sacrifices of your parents, family, teachers and friends. Besides your degree of knowledge, today you receive one more degree of morality. All of you went through a series of days with difficulties and pressure, and today you have completed your programs. But it doesn't mean you have ended your studies, you have to learn, learn more, and learn forever to grow more and reach new successes".

New pharmacists read the medical oath at the ceremony

At the event, the new pharmacists solemnly performed the medical oath rite. This is one of the most meaningful moments of the ceremony.

During the graduation ceremony for November 2023 phase, the University praised, honored and awarded certificates of merit to 4 valedictorians of the four Faculties. The University also announced the Decision on accrediting and issuing diplomas for more than 500 new graduates.
