Over 1,300 candidates take VNUHCM's competency assessment examination (phase 2)

On Sunday (June 2), a total of 2,435 candidates participated in the second phase of the 2024 competency assessment exam organized by the Vietnam National University-Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM) at four universities in Dong Nai. LHU alone had 1,355 candidates taking the exam.

A total of 40,455 candidates registered to take the 2nd phase of the 2024 competency assessment test in 14 provinces and cities nationwide. However, 1,421 candidates were absent (the rate of contestants sitting for the exam reaching 96,48%).

The time to take the competency assessment exam was from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The test consisted of 120 objective multiple-choice questions with three parts: language use; mathematics, logical thinking, data analysis; and problem solving.

The results of the exam (phase 2) will be announced before June 10. Universities and colleges across the country currently use the test results for admission.
