Lac Hong University wins Robocon Vietnam 2016

Lac Hong University’s LH-FF team has excellently overcome 31 other competitors to become the winner of Robocon Vietnam 2016 which took place in Ninh Binh province on May 14. This team will also represent Vietnam at the ABU Asian-Pacific Robot Contest which is scheduled for August in Thailand.

After six days of competition, on May 14 at Ninh Binh's Sports House, the Vietnam Television in cooperation with provincial People's Committee and Toyota Vietnam Company held the final of 2016 Robocon Vietnam themed "Finding Clean Energy".

LHU had five teams entering the quarterfinal round of 2016 National Robot Contest. Three of them competed at the semifinal and the final saw the competition of LHU’s LH-FF and LH-ACE teams.

At the closing ceremony, the championship title was awarded to LHU's LH-FF team. The LH-ACE ranked Second while the LH-F team shared the Third prize with SVI-02 - team of Tran Dai Nghia University. The Organization Board also presented several potential, creative, eco robot ... awards for outstanding teams at the final this year.
