Vice Chairman of KOCHAM visits and works with LHU Oriental Studies Faculty

Recently on September 10, Mr. Choi Heung Yeon - Permanent Vice Chairman of Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in South Central Vietnam (KOCHAM) visited and worked with LHU Oriental Studies Faculty.

At the working session, the Vice Chairman mentioned to donate two scholarships to third-year and final-year students of Korean Studies major on November 15 firstly held in Ho Chi Minh City by KOCHAM.

In addition, the Faculty of Oriental Studies has suggested KOCHAM to support study programs for LHU students of Korean Studies such as economy, culture, business culture, Hangul word ... to help students add useful knowledge before entering Korean business environment. The Faculty would like to receive much attention of the Association to LHU, too. At this meeting, Mr. Choi Heung Yeon made a promise to meet the Faculty's suggestions. KOCHAM also expressed its desire to receive the assistance of LHU in training and providing human resources specialized in Korean language in Dong Nai in particular and in the South-Central region in general.

The working session took place in an atmosphere of intimacy and efficiency.

Mr. Choi Heung Yeon and Secretary Nguyen Thi Bich Thao visited and worked with LHU Oriental Studies Faculty.
