Department of Chinese Language's freshmen welcome event

In harmony with the exciting atmosphere of hundreds of new students across LHU, the Department of Chinese Language under the Faculty of Oriental Studies on October 4, 2024 organized a ceremony to welcome its freshmen.

The joyful and warm ceremony witnessed the presence of Mr. Phan The Anh - Program Head of Chinese Language Department; Mr. Luong Van Huy - Department Head of Chinese Language; lecturers, staff members, senior students and nearly 200 students of the 2024 intake.

The welcome event is an opportunity for the new students to meet and make friends, listen to lecturers' introduction and sharings about issues related to work, study, training as well as life.

Besides enjoying musical performances, the new students participated in many fun games and activities. Outside the Auditorium E501, food and historical costume stalls were available to serve. There was also a lucky draw program with many attractive prizes at the end of the event.

The ceremony created a joyful and exciting atmosphere for both lecturers and students of the Department. The Department's leaders and lecturers also extended congratulations and best wishes to all freshmen.
