Ceremony to celebrate Ho Chi Minh President's Birthday

In the morning of May 19, LHU Youth Union held a solemn ceremony to celebrate the 126th birthday to Uncle Ho (May 19, 1980 - 2016). The ceremony aimed to raise students' awareness of thought values, morality and President Ho Chi Minh example.

The event was attended by Secretary of Party Committee Nguyen Trung Phuong, Cell Secretaries, Vice Rector Nguyen Thi Thu Lan, Heads and Deputy Heads of departments and units, Vice Secretary of Youth Union - Chairman of Student Association Tran Tien, Youth Union and Student Association cadres and more than 100 youth union members and typical students.

On the occasion to mark 126th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh, Youth Union has organized the contest "Learning and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" titled "His name bright forever" (Sang mai ten nguoi) and also established teams to participate in Olympic contest of 2016 Dong Nai provincial Marx-Lenin scientific subjects.

At the ceremony, the Organization Board awarded certificates of merit to winners of the contest "Learning and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh".

Secretary of Party Committee Nguyen Trung Phuong awarded First prize to winner team of the contest "Learning and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh".

Vice Rector Nguyen Thi Thu Lan awarded certificates of merit to Second prize team.

Secretary of Youth Union - Chairman of Student Association Tran Tien presented certificates of merit to Third prize team.
